These terms apply to your use of this website (wahajarsal.co.uk) and to the web design services provided by Wahaj, trading as Built by Wahaj, based in Sussex, UK.

Built by Wahaj provides website design and build services for UK tradespeople. Our packages include:
Full details of each package, pricing, and what is included are set out on the main website and confirmed in writing before any work begins.
Any quote or proposal we send is valid for 30 days from the date issued. Prices are subject to change after this period. We are not obliged to honour a quote after it has expired.
A quote does not constitute a binding contract. A contract is formed when both parties have signed the Service Agreement and the deposit has been received.
Our standard payment terms are 50% deposit before work begins and 50% upon final approval before the site goes live. Payment is by bank transfer. All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP).
We are not currently VAT registered. No VAT is charged on our services.
We reserve the right to suspend or withhold delivery of work if payment terms are not met.
The number of revision rounds included in each package is confirmed in the Service Agreement. Additional revisions beyond what is included will be quoted and charged separately.
Website hosting is provided via Netlify's free tier, set up on the client's own account. Domain names are purchased and owned directly by the client. We do not resell hosting or domain services and accept no responsibility for downtime, data loss, or service changes by third-party providers.
We apply SEO best practices at build time (on-page optimisation, structured data, Google Search Console setup). We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings. Rankings depend on many factors outside our control, including Google's algorithms, competition, and time.
Upon receipt of full payment, all website files (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) become the property of the client. We retain the right to reference and display completed work in our portfolio.
The client is responsible for ensuring that any content they supply (text, images, logos) does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the relevant project.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of revenue or business, arising from the use of or reliance on any website we build.
This website may contain links to third-party websites (e.g. Netlify, Hostinger, Formspree). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites.
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of this website or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
